Our Practice is part of the SHIELD federation (Selby Healthcare Initiative for Enhanced Local Develpment). SHIELD collaboratively works to help each individual practice to be more effective, efficient and resilient.  

We are continuously reviewing new ways of working within the local health and healthcare environment and improving your health care experiences.

Each practice in SHIELD promotes research and is 'Research Ready' accredited practices via the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Speak to your GP for more information on how to volunteer for a research trial. Patients often find our research trials to be an interesting enjoyable experience.
